you mean the physics of cloth, hair etc...? or just wind effect? if it's the first one, it's not easy and will make the game very stiff, unlively. If it's about reducing wind effects... it won't improve performance but it's better and more realistic without that abnormal wind which can blend...

Docked (in storm, pretty demanding situation) Handheld (in one of the least demanding places) Turn off TAA not just make the game look sharper, it improve performance and you might get a bit higher resolutions

I had to log in to agree with this, the switch version absolutely need add an option to disable TAA, add the sharpness option, and even better is add another simple post-process AA like FXAA or SMAA - those are less blurry and would look very very good with some Sharpness
