Does anyone know if the perk Signal Support in the in tree extends quick hacks such as contagion or overheat? Since these are dmg per sec skills I assume it would, but wondering if anyone has tested before i invest. Thanks

Would be nice if they either 1 stated that or 2 made the numerical figure to the 4.4 as stated. It would take an astronomical amount of movement speed bonuses then to make a difference. But thank you.

So not sure whats going on here, but I assume like other things its yet another bug. I have a static movement speed of 4, yet I picked up a pair of pants that have a mod with movement speed +10. I equip them and movement speed still is 4. Take them off and its still 4. Sooooooo ...... anyone...
