    You make a good point. But another problem is that explosion damage scales in such a way that it remains fairly effective against NPCs even at end game. NPCs from a pure number perspective have a lot more health than the player character, so what would damage an NPC will just kill the player...

    Don't expect much in the way of content. CD PR is literally just trying to put out fires right now. Hope they can get the PS4 and XBOX One versions running at a stable frame rate but that's also highly unlikely.
