Completed all gigs and ncpd markers in Santo Domingo and still don't have achievement. Only one keeping me from 100%. On steam btw.

This quest will not complete. The quest is still in the quest tab and cannot be tracked. Rogue never called to start the quest as well, she just texted me to details, and she never called when i completed it. But I'm pretty sure the game registered it as a completion, yet its still in the quest...
