Twice now I've gotten stuck with the Dream On Mission. Following the surveillance van, after it parks, the enemies for the next stage in the mission don't spawn into position fast enough. The guys driving the van don't get out fast enough and the mission doesn't transition to the next phase...

So there is an optional step in the mission the hunt to find the security room located inside the house. I believe I glitched out this step by accidently scanning and activating the button from the vehicle upon arrival at the farm. Symptoms of the bug are that I can not go through the door...
