I have this same issue. Still not fixed after patch 1.3. Edit: Still having this problem after patch 1.5. Edit2: Still an issue after patch 1.52

This happened to me too. I put a bunch of iconic weapons in the Aldecaldos camp stash, then they moved camp and the new stash was completely empty. Now I don't have access to any of those weapons anymore.
