    (Game-Breaking Bug) Play It Safe Mission - Takemura never calls, no matter what i do, which means i cannot progress the story

    So, i know this was here before, but even after the latest patch, Takemura wont call. and i cant progress the story at all. it's really sad, and no matter what fix i tried, it wont work. i tried like 15 different fixes, nothing worked. Help?
