[1.03] No more XP

Okay so first of all, my character is level 19.
I have just beaten the

archgriffin for the Master Armorer and the contract that was out for said griffin

.
I completed the contract first, and after that i completed the other.
My XP before i finished these quests was on 768, and when i finished both of them it was still on 768, i saved before delivering both quests so i tried again and still no XP gain.

Both quests are lvl 20+ so this is not a case of bein underleveled..

Judging from other sources on the net this issue seems to be rather widespread and i will not play the game until this is fixed.

Questions:
1) Will this be fixed in 1.04 ?
2) When will we see 1.04 for the XBOX ?

I read somewhere that the 1.04 is out for PC and will be out for XB1 on Monday(June 1), supposedly...
