1.04 broke g-sync (fullscreen is not the same)
Please undo whatever you did to fullscreen. I get stuttering and tearing now with g-sync because the game is not truly fullscreen. Tabbing out is way too fast, the menus are way too fast. It feels borderless windowed still, despite the settings, as others have pointed out.

I confirmed this by rolling back to 1.03. Stuttering / Tearing is gone again, and tabbing out is more sluggish.
