1.04 Bug [pictures included] Sword Un-equippable, stuck to back

Hello, I've encountered a bug that I've been able to reproduce multiple times. After travelling to Skellige, the sword used in the short boat sequence is permanently affixed to Geralt's back.

System Specs (if needed)
Nvidia GTX 760 4GB
16 GB DDR3 RAM
i5 4670 K 3.4 GHz Processor

I have a similar problem, only the weapon stuck to me is a crossbow. Hope someone has information on a fix.

Having the exact same issue as you! It's not awful but it is bloody distracting haha. Glad I'm not the only one with the issue, hopefully they get a fix out soon!
