1.05 Broke Alchemy

- Can't create more than one mutagen at a time, which means no more greater mutagens and only one regular mutagen at a time.
- Can't create more than one alcohol (White Gull, alcoholest, etc) at a time
- Can't create more than one alchemical element (aether, nigredo, etc) at a time

Yes, with this patch they sh*tted into alchemy :)

True, there is one workover, you need to throw out duplicates on ground, then craft, then pick up again.

Yep. Makes all your previous mutagens and runes incompatible for crafting as well. Very, very annoying.

This is a glitch? Then it's the same with my game aswell. Can only create one instance of an alchemy product at time and only keep that one.
How did it work before? I only started playing with patch 1.05.

This is intended for Alchemy Potions. Since you can refill them with alcohol, you can only create one potion at a time. The problem is that there are some alchemy-products that shouldn't be affected by it; mutagens and alcohol. This was the case in 1.04 but in 1.05 it broke and you can only have one product of each in you case. This is really annoying for mutagens since you need 3 medium one for a big one and up to 4 big ones. Also you sometimes need more alcohol for something than 1 piece of it.

You can, just drop one Vitrol on the floor, make another one and pick the dropped one back up. Right now this is the only work-around.

CDPR, please fix this in 1.06.

We used to be able to create as many items as we wanted so long as we had enough of the alchemy materials. Now, we can only make one, even if we have the material to make a hundred.

Currently, the only ways I've seen to get around it are to either drop the item that you created in order to create another (which is a pain in the rear) or use the item that you created to free up that slot.

'Fat finger' syndrome :) there have been some quite clumsy edits of data, seems clear that was how the XP bug was introduced too.

You could create unlimited ingredients before, but the alchemy system was broken in a different manner (disappearing recipes)
