in my country it is around 3pm in the afternoon, so there is any hope to release this patch today? 
So, a quick review, last week we got news that the patch was coming on monday, than that changed to only xp bug hotfix coming out monday, rest of the patch tuesday/wednesday, than they canceled the hotfix and said it will come together with the 1.05 patch (still tuesday/wednesday), than yesterday it changed to "right around the corner" , no actual time/date, just an expression which could mean anything, and today they said: "Sadly, not today".
So let me guess, tomorrow they will say "coming soon". GJ CRPD. GJ.

In my opiton, 1.04 is fine for me, but due to xp problem for main quests, so I need hot fix to keep my travel go on, I cannot play main quests anyy more, I really do hope it will be released today

Most of us are stuck, it's not that we can't do the main quest because of the xp bug, we are stuck with nothing to do but wait. Please don't say 1.04 is fine, even if just for you.

I don't think the devs are doing this willingly. What on earth would they gain from that? I don't think ppl understand how fixing bugs work. Fixing a bug may make 10 other bugs in that process. Just enjoy the game as is. Ppl stuck at the main story have a ton of sidestuff to do till they fix it.

I understand how patching works and I also understand that almost EVERY bug a game has before launch is known by developers and classified as KS's (known shippables) because fixing them would break other stuff and it simply isn't worth it so they hope people just don't notice them. But that's neither here nor there.
The point is that we paid full price a product and this whole "you're entitled, be patient" crap is something that would be justified if we got the game for free. I paid for my copy and I have every right as a customer to be upset when it doesn't work as advertised. I am fine waiting for patches, but the fact that they have had the XP hotfix ready since Friday and have the nerve to say that it doesn't affect game balance, thus delaying it is appalling. How about letting YOUR PLAYERS decide what is affecting their game experience or not.
CDPR makes great games, but clearly they are not used to the AAA landscape. Their PR team should take courses. Everything is neatly relayed to reddit, but not the official forums? We have to basically DRAG them here.

I have nothing left to do. All my side quests are to high level. They shouldn't have said it was ready for a Monday hotfix if they had no intention of doing that.
