[1.05] Novigrad is crash central

I can play Novigrad now ...
- GTX 970
- latest NVIDIA Driver
- GPU clock lowered by 100 MHz
- MEM clock lowered by 80 MHz
- Borderless Window
- Vsync off
- FPS limiter off
- Ultra Settings

Worked for me, I must say I'm so glad I got it running now

And after days of crash free wonder, my game decided it was done. Six separate attempts to go past the Loading circle icon only led to complete machine freeze. Six! Finally decided to just do the standard fix by choosing the ultra preset again, clearing out any specific NVIDIA panel settings for the game, and voila! Back to normal.

I hate inconsistency. No damn good reason to crash after days of great sessions, and then just crash hard over and over.
