1.07 "hey, you wanna look at my stuff?" quest, cannot interact with merchant

I have the same problem. PC-user. Being fixed in 1.08 I hear.

So does 1.08 fix the bug? I haven't finished downloading the patch since I was sleeping when they released it.

Yes it does. But when you go examine ...the thing... on the ground in the area again you will get the quest again! and then you can't finish it. Well you can just reload and not examine it , but still its weird.
