CDPR should just post a 1.08 video of the current PS4 performance in the bogs and Novigrad in adverse weather. That would do a lot of alleviate many of our concerns regarding another placebo patch.

I have suspicions as well but what exactly makes you so sure as to guarantee there won't be any major improvements?

If you look to the notes from the patch 1.07 they specifically pointed out the areas where the performance is worst (like bogs, swamps, novingrad) and they said they would be fixed. Well look how it turned out... the performance is worse now. So now, if you look at the notes from 1.08, where they dont metion what areas will be fixe and they just say "overall improvement".

I'm sure they are referring to XBOX downgrade performance. Don't expect any better on PS4
