I will never buy a CDPR game again....even if they are nice guys that want to do things right and do their best to improve things, it's not working
Maybe the management is to blame...They wanted to create their own engine and until now it has been a complete failure
(tip: maybe next time you consider a game-engine that is supported by a separate company which dedicates it's time to the engine completely)

Wow. Way to over-react. Game plays fine for me. They sold over 6 million copies. This forum hardly represents the norm. Only people with problems post here. Most are happily just playing the game. If you legitimately need help, make a separate post rather than ranting. Thanks.

that's your problem, they are giving this incredible expansion for $10 while others would just sell it as another whole game, i would gladly wait for them to fix it, the engine runs pretty well even if they have broken some things with patches that get fixed eventually, if you can't wait then is your loss, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Most are happily playing the game on 1.08. Anyways to sum up my thoughts with no flaming, after they'll release an update that will fix most of the bugs i'll never update anything again if it has not been introduced for at least some months. When updates break your plans for the umpteenth time then you're full of it, and my scarce free time must not be invested in QA for free.

Only issue I've had so far with 1.10 is the lagging camera when jogging. It seems to lag behind every few frames resulting in what appears to be stutter. Walking and sprinting do not demonstrate this issue, so it has to be a bug. Also I would love to see an option to disable the in game auto-save interval feature.

I agree with the smaller patches theory. It's not a great idea to make so huge patches for a game with so much complexity.
Probably, they have to make bigger patches due to console version. You know...on console you need authorizations, approvals, etc...you can't make patches frequently.

Oh no. This is not what I wanted to hear. I was thinking of not continuing my game until 1.11 cause of so many issues with 1.10. Are you suggesting that most people deep into the game should restart from scratch? I also have made use of a lot of mods... this is another reason I was waiting to restart so I can give the modders time to update their mods to 1.10.

Just finish it as it is, and start NG+ once ALL of the updates are out. That's what I'm going to do.

You're not missing anything, the problem is in the 1.08 save too. It's not like you can just play on your 1.08 save with no problems.

I guess I was lucky as I read all about the problems before my PS4 updated the game to 1.10 ..
So now I just delete the update file and carry on 1.08-ing until such time as the dust settles ..

It is a bit of a pain to keep pausing the download and then remembering to delete it if I start a different game (otherwise it will update it without me being involved) .. I just leave the game on with the PS4 on standby .. So far, so good.

I guess it helps that I'm not playing the expansion on my NG+
