1.10 Extra consumable slots bug

When I equip potions/food in 2 extra added slots, the icons do not appear on screen in HUD. They are accesible via T and Y, but no icons show up. See attachment.

i have another bug with this, the key bindng for consumable 4 resets, i have to change the key everytime i start the game
