Hi, wanted to post and confirm things I have found, mostly visual things with Inventory. These are from playing on a Xbox Series X game I started playing in ver 1.23 and patched into v1.3.
I found visual bugs in regards to specific clothing mods - most specifically the Uncommon mods that Increase Carrying Capacity by 7, and reduce damage over time by 8% (can't remember the specific names for the titles of those mods as these pictures were taken a few days ago), but the modspace tooltip where these descriptions go are blank as seen below
There's also a problem with this occurring in Quickhacks, including Short Circuit, as seen below.
There is also a bug with the Defender Light Machine gun (I believe someone further up forum mentioned this), which was also broken 1.23, where you can not add more than one mod to the gun, even if you have multiple mods slots available (when you try to, it simply replaces the top mod in the gun).
Also, to confirm with others, these are the bugs, annoyances I have found with no screen clips:-
Stash |tems have 0.0 DPS, with all information being at 0 (pain to compare with your inventory, have to get them out and mess about)
Some items, now in 1.3 have the item above to pickup, that you still can't pickup (someone previous had screencaps).
Legit Athletics skill work is absolutely ridiculous, no wonder people were using exploits just to make it bearable. They removed the exploits, ok, but can you make the actual skill tree improvement in a legitimate way more bearable? A lot of my skills I work on my character are fine in progression, but the Athletics one is ridiculously slow in comparison to them!
I appreciate this this thread is good work, I just wanted to ask if I should report any of the visual bugs I've shown here?
I don't know if this can be considered a bug or not, but it really bugs me. I mean, i like this game but this kind of things really throw me off.
Talking about more bugs found:
-Terminals not having an exit bounded button sometimes.
-Peds disappearing when turning the camera by 180 degrees.
-Attack of the clones themed gameplay, lol. Yeah, peds still having a lot of clones everywhere.
-Hollow, no collision structures. You can actually see the entire map when entering a couple of buildings.
-Oh, and i was forgetting about levitating objects and pedestrians (This still happens a lot in The Witcher 3 though).

The video i recorded above was made with mods on, but the bugs mentioned were found on a clean save file no modded Cyberpunk 2077 copy that i have for testing.
Bug with shotgun's attack speed changing when shooting someone/swapping weapon. Narrowed it down to the perk "Unstoppable" in the Annihilation tree.
To reproduce you just have to shoot someone first, and then when swapping from and to the shotgun the attack speed will change. This is not a visual bug, can shoot as fast as I can click.

Id like to report the issues I have found as well as just thoughts and ideas;
Messages Not Displaying in the Correct Order Sent > Received --> Left - to - right; Top -to- Bottom ordering. Instead The first message will be received by the player and subsiquent messages sent and received will be un ordered, Its extremely hard to put this into words when you look at any Standard Text SMS service which is my understanding of what this is, when you goto the Journal-Messages When you send a reply its posted up at the top Above the orginal received message to which you responded to its shuffiling message around is fustrating when you are trying to actually read the messages and you have to go scrolling back up to the top just to find the reply.
Sound issues have been on going since release, I have seen limited success in reloading old saves when sound issues occur namely but not limited to Foot Steps disappearing or becoming overly loud ive had both happen.
Lighting issues with holes in the environment leaking light through from the world space, Lighting glitching through confined area's like its unable to tell if it should be able to project that light ray or not.
Sheet Stats not displaying correctly, DPS numbers, Crit chance, Crit Damage, Not displaying correctly like the engine is unable to do the math or the update to the numbers had to be refreshed by closing the interface while other you have to save and reload to get the data to update.
Mods that do nothing, For Example
Fall Damage Reduction - Plume; Does Nothing. It just doesn't work, at all. Values of >100% make no difference and sheet will not display
Damage To High & Medium Threat's - Show Time; Does nothing / Doesn't work; Sheet DPS also will not reflect these values
This goes for Evasion which I think is broken or was never finished/added or the engine is not able to calculate these values
Explosion Damage and Damage over time Reductions also do nothing.
Recon Grenades Do Nothing: they literally dont work
New for 1.3 is the Immune System Cyber-ware mods now conflict, limiting your choices as to which ones you can use at any time.
Not sure if anyone saw that the Launcher System cyber-ware doesn't have a Governing Attribute like the Rest do. It should be tied to the Technical Ability.
Reload Speed in 1.3
Also new for 1.3 is a issue where the player will receive a weird debuff where reloading because INCREDIBLY SLOW! This require reloading a save or closing the game to fix, until it happens again.
Most if not all weapons accept Precision and Assault receive a huge -negative to accuracy when putting on Any Optic this is a huge impact for weapons like Dying Night the Iconic Auto Pistol Variant of the Lex which is accurate without a optic and becomes trash with one.
There are several ability Perks that dont work;
West World - Reflex - Handguns (fully modded means with optic and suppressor?)
Stronger Together - Body - Athletics: is outright bugged and its tool tip will display the Tool-tip for Any Other Perk you just moused over.
The Rock - Body - Athletics; Isn't affected by vehicles
While going through the interface and Disassembling items, the page and/or the cursor can and will both move, this happens both in the "Back Pack as well as when you are doing it from the Weapon Selection. This can result on accidentally Disassembling a Potentially valuable item like an Iconic that cannot be replaced. If your not paying attention this can go unnoticed.
Please also add a method of "Locking" items and Gear preventing the player from accidentally disassembling. Most looter shooter have a mechanic like this as it provides a safety measure and redundancy other then relying on a Save.
A really great Feature to add would be a method or way to stack Knives allowing them to become an Ammo Type, furthermore it would be great to be able to pick up thrown knives and/or loot them back off the body they were thrown at. This would prevent players from Constantly having to go in and out of their inventory to equip more knives.
SOR-22 Needs a huge buff; This is like the useless baby brother of the Malorian Arms Pistol but it doesn't do anything other than look cool, its outclassed by literally every other weapon in the game and you wouldn't take it over something like the Widow Maker which is easily obtainable early on.
Tech Sniper Rifles and Tech Rifles in General need a rework and a major fix. For a weapon that says Sniper or Precision they Are near Impossible to Aim and Fire while Charged! The Screen Shake and Optic Shake Need to Be Removed!
Optical Scan while holding any Sniper Rifle is Greatly Diminished VS When not/holding any other weapon
ADS (Aiming Down Sight) while holding a Body simply doesn't work! the Camera becomes detached from the view point) hip fire somewhat works the same thing still happens but atleast you have a reticle to use
Weapon issue:
The Headsman in 1.3 has a glitched reload. Only happens after all four shots. After reloading the 2nd round attempting to reload the third is greatly delayed. as is the "Cocking" animation doesn't always fully animate. Also the Inventory Idle animation is off for this weapon and the Carnage. I would recommend you treat the Headsman and its variants like The Crusher, and The Carnage like a Double Barrled
I think most of us would like to see a 7th and 8th slotted Cyberdeck
also a MK4 Kiroshi Optics
Not to mention a Hand Mod that can do both Power and Tech
Legendary Titanium Bones (just saying)
6th Skill Tree
Other Issues;
GIG: On a Tight Leash, As Soon as you kill Jose "The Leader" the quest will auto finish regardless if the GIG has been completed and the additional details are discovered, If you kill the target while outside of the area.
I WALK THE LINE (not sure if that was a GIG or SideJob): Mission can bug if you skip parts or stealth through it and go directly to the boss preventing you from being able to Open the Gate. I had to download a NoClip mod on my latest play through I made for 1.3 just to get past this part. Was repeatable.
Mission Primary Targets Cannot Be "Dumped" in bins/cars for Stealth Points

Its not just the shadow its the player character model, thats your actual shadow. There was a mod that allowed 3rd person view and the Arm's are Elongated for some reason. The model needs to be fixed which means they will have to fix the weapon position and camera most likely. Again its their first FPS game where other coders are fimilar with how this works in relation to scale, but yes I hope they fix that as well
Speaking of Dying Night, and the Lex in general. What happened to it? The fire rate in the 2018 demo was like 900rpm yet in the final release it dropped to like 500rpm. Umm, CDPR handguns don't work like that. The reason guns have slower rate of fire is typically a result of how far the receiver has to travel to eject and insert a new round. Handguns don't have a large travel which is why all small caliber firearms if full auto have a very fast fire rate. You can't tell the slide to slow down. I suppose you could put in a stiffer spring to slow down the slide but it still would be way higher than 500rpm.
I have an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor and a RTX 3090, after the patch I randomly began experiencing low frame rates, strange lights in the sky after exiting the map, strange shadows, missing models, lod texture flickering, and my car wouldn't move after summoning it.

I can't log off any laptops in game so there are several quests I can't do like "wakako's favorite" and the river story-line just to name two. As you can see it doesn't give me the option. i have tried this with random laptops as well. It didn't happen with V's home computer before the patch but now it is happening with V's computer as well.

Ok and I suppose you're not able to open the game menu either ? (for load a previous save)
So for now, I don't know if there is a "quick" fix
So "the best" actually (and sadly), it's to report it and "wait" an answer by the support (you're alone in this case anyway).
