1.5+ Gigs need updated rewards.

If I'm at the highest tier on Regina's gigs, I shouldn't be getting 600 eddies for completing them. If they're going to be progression locked, the difficulty of them and the rewards should be scaled accordingly. This was especially apparent when rescuing the boxer from the Tyger claws (Bloodsport). If I don't get this gig untii endgame levels, it should update the enemies to be on level and the reward+enemies to be appropriate for this stage of the game.

Same really goes for each of the Fixers, and it would *feel* better if they were level locked for progression instead of direct fixer progression. IMO a combination of level/SC would be best, and SC needs to be rescaled fully so that you're SC 200+ by the end of the game, and SC is fed by cars/houses/clothes/faction rep etc.
