Bad patch, it reset all my perk points and removed my equipped equipment, please fix.
Not a bug for the perk points reset, all the character pre-1.5 loaded in 1.5 have their perk point reseted because lot of perks were modified.
Clothing mods were changed significantly, so all mods were removed from clothes and all items were unequipped. They believed that having to re-equip clothes would make players realise that their mod slots were empty and needed to be re-assigned.
Hello, i am have problem to collect items from this specific drone model as i show on this image below, i can't collect item from this drones because it is below of drone, i presume it is below the floor line for this reason i can't acess to collect. I used a vehicule to turn the down side to up and i could collect the item. I reported this problem to the Technical Support.

Yep, it's a "new" old problem who reappeared in 1.5+, some drones, these specifics drones, can't be looted. Not all, I think it's the way how they land, the hitbox (interaction box) is almost always inaccessible.
ok so my game worked "fine" with only minimum glitches, even finished the main campaign, but then suddenly all of my hud just disappeared like poof
i tried reinstalling, turning off and on, restarting, all the shtick idk what to do. anyone can help?

And it doesn't reappear at all ? You use mods ?
Sound weird, but in the settings everything is activated ?
no mods at all, and i checked and rechecked everything is on but nothing to see.
bugs/visual glitches ps5 ray tracing mode i'm experiencing:
- Lights on bikes don't turn on unless i get out of the bike and get in again
- Ghosting effect in vehicles tail lights, elevator panels (hard to read unless you zoom in) , computers and 3D objects. Sometimes the game looks so blurry, reminds me the PS4 version in early patches.
- Despawn npcs in front of the camera
- Missing shots when the cross is on target (WTF?!)
- NPC suddenly t-pose in melee combat and get back to action
Just unninstalled and reinstalled the game, the issues still happening. I submitted another ticket to support team today.

Even by using the button to changes the lights (none/average/strong) ?
The cross ? You mean the "HUD sight/cross" or the weapon sight ?
Because if you use a gun/rifle/SMG without aiming with its sight, bullets are not accurate at all (really easy to try with SMGs, bullets goes everywhere. Unlike when you aim, bullets are way more accurate).
In short, for shoot precisely, always use the weapon sight itself

Oh, i didn't know it was possible to change the intensity of the headlights. which button changes it in dualsense?
About the crosshair, yes, even aiming directly at the torso of the npc, the crosshair is red and the damage is not dealt. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does I feel cheated :/

Yep, the crosshair on the HUD is not accurate (at least, the bullets are not). Very true on automatic weapons, you can try on a wall with a SMG, even at short distance, bullets never goes at the same place. Unlike if you really aim, bullets hit almost the exact same spot at each shoot.
I know this is a known bug but I’d still like to report it as it also just happened to me. I’m on PS5, 1.52. This is a brand new fresh save file, started on 1.5. It occurs during the Gig: The Lord Giveth And Taketh Away. The SUV I’m supposed to steal spawns 175 meters underground somewhere and is completely inaccessible and makes the gig impossible to complete. This also prevents me from getting the last Padre gig. I haven’t recorded the glitch because it’s known, it’s the same as in this video:

in my build I only use pistols and this issue happens when I aim without using R2. The sight is on the target but the bullet does not hit him sometimes. Happens more often when using kerenzikov.
Known, but maybe not reported to the support (more reports, the better anyway).
So I suggest to do it anyway and keep the save where the bug is (in case if the support ask you to share it).

For the love of god, please fix the missing dialogue/ui glitch on new games. I have not been able to start a fresh game since the next gen update. This issue is game breaking, and so far, unacknowledged by dev team. I have received no response from support. Here is a YouTube video of the glitch in action - it happens with every platform and every class on a new game. Deleting and reinstalling the game and save data do not fix it.

Streetlights and lights in general look fine from a distance, but go dark when I move closer than 10 or 15 meters.
Also the general dark inventory and missing headlights are back.

Make sure that your drivers are up to date (especially on 400/500 RX).

I. Uninstall your graphics drivers using the AMD Cleanup Utility software.

Bad news i am afraid this problem is game related. I played without mods and side quests are still not activating and they are random this time.
