1.5 Ongoing Bugs List - [1.52]

Managed to upgrade to PS5 version (had to update PS4 version to 1.51, then a box appeared on the right of the screen that said free PS5 update or something, clicked that and it began to install) so all that is fine, but I have 4 issues.

1. I have the trial countdown timer, even though the disc is in, tried with the play disc and the data disc, no difference. So I have 3 hours of trial left even though I own the game, it's giving me an option to buy the game from PSN in the menu but it doesn't recognise the discs.

2. I can't transfer a save. I can load my PS4 saves as I would on PS4, but when I try to make one a PS5 save it just comes up as a corrupted save.

3. I can't collect any of the gifts in my stash. I just have an icon that won't go away and nothing in the stash is marked new.

4. I also can't find the trophies, does it even have them? Not that bothered really but just curious. Maybe that's because the game thinks I've got the trial?

I think it's an "upgrade" problem and you're "stuck" on the "trial" version

Ok, just accidentally figured out that if I launch the game from the 'view product' PSN page, it no longer thinks it's the trial.

When it loaded in a trophy popped "I Am The Law" complete all cyberpsycho sightings. However it was just this trophy, it had no icon, and it didn't trigger the PS5 autorecord for trophies which I have set to screen shot and short clip.

So the trophy list has appeared but I I really hope that blank trophy pop hasn't borked my trophy list..

Still can't transfer a save.

Thanks, see above, I worked my round that, clicked view product and launched it from the PSN page. Then it launches fine from the system menu after that. Still have other issues though.

If anyone else gets a trophy pop when they manage to get out of trial mode, let me know.

For those getting the EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xC0000005) error with message: The thread attempted to write to an inaccessible address at 0x48.

I was able to (finally) get around this by uninstalling GOG Galaxy itself and then reinstalling GOG Galaxy **then** reinstalling CP2077. The NahimicService in MS Windows Services might still play a part in all of this but at the end of the day the uninstall of GOG Galaxy is what finally got things progressing for me so YMMV

DO NOT run as administrator my friends; if this is the solution then there are larger problems at play... this is a game after all and should not need/require such elevated access to launch, let alone play correctly.

Also just a guess, but I heard that PS4 and PS5 versions are not the same "game". Each versions have a different ID.
So maybe trophy and saves are not "compatible"

Yeah, the trophies shouldn't pop at all, so I really don't understand how I've managed to get one for completing all the cyberpsycho ones.

The saves work, if you just load a game as normal, that's fine. There's an extra option in the PS5 one though to transfer a save - I don't know what this actually does, maybe compresses it differently or something technical, but anyway, I can't do it.

Everytime I try, the new PS5 save is corrupted and I can't do anything but delete it.

Honeslty, you should wait a patch for Playstation (an update should be very soon, because it's a mess on PS Store, corrupted game/saves, unable to upgrade to PS5 version,...)

The constant slowdowns opening the world map/char modification screen need to be fixed ASAP. The rest of the game goes for me at more than 50 fps RTX Ultra ON, they have no justification. They are annoying and a problem because they sometimes permeate the game's slowing everything for a few seconds. Im using a fast nvme ssd gen 4 so thats not the issue either.
Before the patch the transition to the map was smooth and instantaneous, I understand that now that it is more complex it takes a second or so but the problem is that the slowdowns affect the entire game.

I suppose its just me, all the cars look like they are balloon cars or cartoon cars, if you will. Some cars render properly, many others are like this. Everything else renders fine, its only cars that get this visual bug. Already restarted, but many vehicles still looking like that.

Patch doesn't work on PS4. Already tried clean install from retail release date version then installed patch. Says "Cannot start application. The data is corrupted. Delete the application from the PS4 and insert disc again"

I'm sure there will be plenty of them. I can deal with that. But what I don't like is the fact that for me to get additional story content appearantly I have to purchase a "nextgen" console.

Nope, all the "free" DLCs are available for all platforms and all the "paid" expansions (additional story content) will also be available for all platforms.
(and don't expect big additional story content in "free" DLCs because it's like in TW3, little)

Maybe its me but TV's in the aparments are too low now with no in-game volume option like always. There are changes around the audio in pc. Of course i have my speakers volume cranked up.

I am also unable to save from in Photo Mode as of this patch. My last gameplay prior to the update was two days ago, which is also the last time I was able to save a photo from in Photo Mode. I have tried disabling and uninstalling all of my mods (which I had done anyway when I discovered the game patching), emptying the default save folder, multiple reboots, tried from older and newer saved game files, as well as running the verify/repair tool in the GoG launcher.

If yes, you can try to call her or go see her (I didn't try in 1.5 yet).

If your screenshots doesn't not appear in the folder, try to disable your anti-virus (it could be the problem).

On ps5, euro region. Playing from disc, I do not have a option to upgrade my ps4 game to ps5 for free.

I looked at videos and read a lot of threads about how to get the free upgrade, and any way I get to the ps5 version of the game I can only buy.

I have the same problem. Can I ask about your country and Store region? Did you buyed/ordered the game in the same country?
