I would like to report that he Delemain issue is still a thing. I update Cyberpunk as soon as a patch is released on the PS4 and all known fixes on the internet don't work at all. Please patch that up ><

During Monster Hunt, skipping time inside the casino made the bartender disappear, exited ho-oh club area, fast travelled forth and back, bartender was back but he was talking as though Jotaro was dead already and management changed. By the way the bartender was always the same model for me, even though he claims he is someone else who came in with the new management.

Hello. If you are using an old save that had the issue it might never be retroactively solved as I understand this.

Badlands NCPD Scanner quest bug.

Quest not completing even after killing enemies and looting the bag the quest does not trigger completion.
 
Not sure if it has been mentioned yet but I noticed using the arm launcher cyberware with tranquilizer rounds doesn’t count as defeating enemies.

I noticed this doing the quest where you have to save the monk from maelstrom I had to reload my save and fist fight them to avoid “unnecessary blood shed” because for some reason if you tranq them and put their bodies in the trash bins nearby the monk says you performed the ultimate evil deed by killing them.

I had to put the bodies in trash bins on the first attempt because once they were all down the game got stuck on the objective “defeat the maelstrom.”

If you put an unconscious dude in a container, whatever the type, the game consider the body as "dead" (it's like that since day one, reported and support answered that it worked as intended, so...)
But about the tranquilizer rounds, seem like a bug, so maybe a good idea to report it to the support.
 
Gamebreaking bug:

You can no longer swap layers beyond the 2 first. In other words, in the very first mission where you are given the tutorial (burglary, mission "The Information") it does not allow you to get access to the audio layer/mode. Regardless if you run it with or without tutorial this is true. This means that a bit later in same mission, where you are supposed to discover the relic-chip (Johnny Silverhand's mind/identity), you will not get access to neither the audio or heat signature layer. I have created new profiles/games, unistalled and reinstalled the game, all to no use. This is a gamebreaking bug as you can not play past it. Fix it immediately or you will have to pull the game out of shops again.

1.61 was release a good while ago and as far as I know, it doesn't seem to be a common issue at all...
On PC ?
Do you use (or used mods) ?
By "reinstalling" you means a "clean install" (like the link below) or just uninstalling/reinstalling on the launcher ?
Did you try to verify the game files ?
 
Playstation 5. i have played the game several times during late Summer and Autumn/Fall 2022, and completed it with different characters. Never experienced this problem before.

Oh, and uninstalling and reinstalling on that console meant that, in addition to removal of old save files, the game files were removed as well. And a completely fresh install was performed. Same problem/bug was there. Impossible to get access to other layers beyond the 2 first. The game waits for you to get into audio mode (tutorial mission, burglary in "The Information"), which is impossible to achieve. Hence, the game can not progress.

Ok, did you try to clear the cache ? (And load a previous save)
(I don't remember anyone else who encounter this issue before in 1.61, on the forum at least)
If it doesn't work, I suggest to directly contact the support ("Contact Us" button)
 
Clearing cache files did not make any difference. No layer in Braindance beyond the 2 first/default is avaliable. This is a gamebreaking bug/situation.

In which BD ?
The first "training" one (store robbery) ?
In this first one, only visual and audio layers are available. Thermal layer is not available (unlike in Evelyn's BD), because the dude doesn't use any thermal implant to record the BD. So the first one, the visual layer (yellow) is directly available, the second layer (audio/green) is only unlocked after the little tutoriel by Judy and the third layer (thermal/blue) is not available in this BD.
 
As written above, I have FINISHED the game several times with different toones. I KNOW how this game works, how it at times pans out differently with different choices. You get access to 3 layers in that quest IF you do the tutorial. Heat signture layer is added once you progress somewhat when you are in the room/flat/hotel where the relic is hidden (in the floor). Please read up.

A couple of bugs:

1) Game crashes every time is left on pause for 5+ minutes

2) In the quest where you meet Kerry for the first time and Johnny and him start reminiscing about the old times, Chipping in doesn't play with the video. A generic radio song is played instead.
 
A few small but annoying bugs:

1. Everytime my "Jack" / "Shardslot" interacts with an npc in a quest or something it says "Enemy hack in progress" even when I upload malware to a PC. I know everyone in Night city is an enemy but damn.

2. Elevator floor pads don't always output the floors you need to choose - like, at all. You go into an elevator and you're supposed to go to certain floor. Easy, right? Imagine the pad just shows nothing. Blank. Nothing. Saving and reloading helps but it's still annoying. Happens at random either during quests and going into apartements.

3. Speed counter in cars stays fixed on one speed. This happens often. I'll be doing 100 per hour in reality when the counter just stays at 24 km/h or something. Saving and reloading fixes it. Until I get into another vehicle.

As far as I know, it's because you open the map while driving (when returning to the game, speedmeter freeze). It happen on all platforms (PC/consoles).
Not sure, but I guess the (1.) happen to everyone whatever the platform too.
If you didn't, you can report these issue to the support (one bug/issue per ticket) > "Contact Us" button.
 
I think game have VRAM leak on 1.61. I played CP2077 three times since launch before 1.6/1.61 on GTX 1060 6GB and it was fine now i have RTX 3060Ti(i still use the same settings but have now stable 60fps because 3060ti is much faster) and for some time everything works fine but then odd things starts to happen and GPU VRAM and RAM usage keep increase highest i saw is almost maxed out VRAM and 15.5gb of RAM used shortly before game crashed. It goes like this
1. Game works fine for some time depends which places i visit and how many time i reload save i think usually i can play 5 or 6 hours without problem.
2. When VRAM is close to 8GB game starts to use more RAM then game starts to spawn more clones/the same npcs probably to save memory.
3. FPS sometimes starts to drop radomly, some stutters here and here, menus like map take a bit more time to open.
4. If i continue to play like this game starts very aggresive texture swapping NPC are constantly change color skin, clothes textures, some textures dont load at all like V storage in apartment.
5. Reloading save at this point increase problems and RAM usage goes up some assets dont load at all which cause armless NPC, faceless V, geometry issues etc.
6. Reloading save again at this point cause even more RAM usage and it will 100% cause game to crash during loading screen.
7. Exiting to menu or enabling DLSS fix issues(memory usage drops) but it will return soon(memory usage start to climb up again) so far best fix i found is to restart game completly if any crazy stuff starts to happen.

I noticed this aswell in several occasions which didn't make sense, like when TBug asks permission to come along on Evelyn's BD, when we play as Johnny and they are" Soulkilling him",...
I guess they only created that uploading bar and reused it.
 
I don't know if this one has been mentioned but just along the corridor from V's main apartment, there are two NPCs who spawn:

They both seem to be having a heated conversation and it may even be that they are meant to be speaking/arguing with each other. However, as you can see, there is no one in front of either person and, if they are meant to be together, they are not particularly close to each other or even facing in the correct direction relative to each other.

And while I'm at it, at ground level in mega building 10, an NPC sometimes spawns leaning in the wall near the elevator button. However, their positioning is off so it would be more accurate to say that they spawn inside the wall.


I have seen both of the above problems repeatedly in two entirely different run-throughs of the game.
