It isn't just GOG. You have Microsoft Store, Sony, Epic, Valve, all spread out. Realistically, not everyone is going to be at their computers Johnny on the spot, either.

And something that amazes me about Akira is that, look at Kaneda's motorcycle, the manga came out in 1982...We're in 2020 and it doesn't even look outdated...In fact, it's better than that, the bike (and the manga as a whole, let's be honest here) is still used as inspiration for modern Cyberpunk and sci fi production to this day.
