i have to say i'm amazed by the after-release commitment cd procject red is showing in this game. this kind of effort and attention to details really shows how passionate they are about their creation and how much they respect their customers.

Oh so there seem to be no Triss fixes prior to Kaer Morhen?

As far as I can see from the leak (which may or may not be the final version of the tweaks), all changes are after returning from The Isle of Mists. This is also the quest that fails Now or Never, so the choice is only guaranteed to be final at that point.

- Not being able to tell Cerys to stop talking about Yen and tell her we are with Triss
- Not being able to tell Yeneffer that I don´t wanna be with her because I am with Triss, not because of the Djinn during the Last Wish

These issues and some others can be worked around by only completing Now or Never in act 2, as noted above in post 13. Not an ideal solution, but a complete fix in the game was probably deemed to be too much work by the developers.

I completed the Collect 'Em All quest after seeing the patch was released and the Card Collector is STILL bugged for me.
