15 hours in and all I've really done is wander around.

After the RipperDoc mission I went for a stroll and haven't returned to the story yet. I didn't even realize how much time I'd spent basically doing nothing. Sure, I've stopped a few crimes, picked up a bunch of junk and visited a clothing shop but other than that there's just so much to look at. I seem to currently be role playing as a pedestrian NPC.

Edit; Also the sound design is excellent. The chatter on the street, announcements, distant echoes and just world ambient sound is amazing.

i did the main quest and it took me like 4 hours just to unlock Keeanu, the whole time though, i was looking around, real tempted to just sit and have some ramen noodles au fresco

I find this hard to believe, because I've been a bit overwhelmed by all the side quest that I've received.
If you look on your map it will show you people you can get jobs from. Some of them all you have to do is walk by them. And you will get a phone call or a message for jobs.
