2.02 Run this Town crashes always on end of mission

Run This Town - Fixed an issue where the Black Sapphire could become inaccessible because of closed shutters if the player had triggered combat in the lobby at the end of You Know My Name.

Shutters fixed, but game crashes now always after I deactivate Aguilar at end of mission, it's still unplayable.

[BUG] I have patch 2.02 . At the end of "Run this Town" when I'm changing from Aquilar to V, game crashes. Cannot end this quest. I've tried removing all the clothes before becoming Agilar before starting "Run this town" but with no effect. Just before I've tried to start "Hi Ho Silver Linings" , I could not go up in the elevator. The ther quest Hi Ho Silver Linings" can not be started. Pls help anyone. Untill now all was fine.
