2.3: Freeze when using Delamain cab

When I try to use a Delamain cab, the game freezes while trying to open the map to select the destination. The actual map never appears, just the red menu background.

I suspect the culprit might be a mod, but none that I use ostensibly affect the map. Has anyone noticed any particular mod causing this issue?

Hi,
Did you check on each* mod page in case someone else encountered a similar issue?
I know checking on each mod page could be quite tedious if you use a lot of mods, but at least starting with the most popular ones.
On side note, the "culprit" might not be related to the map, but somehow interfere with it unexpectedly.

After a lot of trial and error, it turned out to be a framework mod called Mod Settings. Thankfully, it was updated recently for 2.3
