2.31 often (not always) crashes under any loading processes (F9, fast travel, etc.)

I encountered this problem myself and discovered there was no solution online. Or rather, there are many solutions, but they don't help anyone, including me.
Through trial and error, I finally solved the problem.

The problem was that the NVidia RR Denoiser used in version 2.31 was not fully compatible with DLSS 3.5 (and also with 4.0). The best solution would be to replace nvngx_dlssd.dll (\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64) with the latest version, for example, from here: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-3-ray-reconstruction-dll/

For me, this not only solved my problem, but also improved performance and graphics quality.

No, I was wrong.
The problem was solved randomly, but after another small change in user settings, the problem returned.
The developers of "this miracle", I hate you.

Finally solved. The problem was, after all, in the shader cache, and the difficulty in solving it was that Nvidia creates its own cache, and Steam creates its own. The problem will only be solved by disabling both.

No, that didn't solve the problem either.
