1. Randomly unable to draw weapons, throw grenades and radio.
Sometimes while driving, walking and sprinting. (not in combat or safe zone).
Reloading helps less then half the time.
Waiting about 10 mins just suddenly fixes if reload doesn't.
2. While swimming, mostly getting away from cops. Can't tell if swimming fast or not. Controlls say push LS to fast swim. No difference in speed.
