Exactly. The DLCs didnt work with NG+. Maybe its fixed now?

Hope it'll give back my Nilfgardian Saddle, blinders and saddle packs that I lost after the 1.10 update. Lost a Wolf sword and Ursine Superior Enhanced sword as well.

Not a big deal with the swords, I can get new ones made, but I can't find the saddle set.

but all my stuff is intact after the hotfix, so I assume your will be too... as long as you didnt save over your save while it was gone.
