My prediction is that they release those expansions,then make another big expansion with the release of the Game of the Year edition.That way they close the Geralt saga with a boom and boost the GOTY edition sales
Zerrikania or/and Brokilon would be nice to explore. Witcher 3 need something that doesn't look like usual pastoral landscapes of Velen and Novgorod.
If none of that, then Valley of Flowers also could be a good choice.

I'd personally be happier if they focused on cleaning up the vanilla game, especially the last third of the main story, and made a glorious Enhanced Game of the Year edition of the best modern RPG ever.
But if that's out of the question, another expansion would be nice, as long as they have original ideas and the motivation to do it right.
