I used to have a clothing invisibility mod that did that, there is another mod I use now which doesn't. THis is the one I use now if maybe that was your problem https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/2206
I've been using that mod for months, even updated, but that's not my issue. Thanks for the suggestion though and it's definitely one of the better mods out there.

It's definitely that mod we are both using. I just stole a bike and was missing my hair, I toggled the hat back on and got back on the bike with no hair loss.
SOlution for me right now is wear a hat when riding a bike or drive a car until the mod maker fixes it
and looking at the mod page it seems other users have the same problem. Sure it will be fixed in a few days
