A couple of questions about my horse, Roach?

Hi

Is there a way to make the horse go faster then just pushing the left shift key?
I've had a couple of scenarios where I was supposed to race someone and their horse ran much faster then my horse at the gallop?

Will my horse always have the Griffin head attached or was I supposed to leave it someplace that I missed?

Why can't the horse jump over anything?
Even something very low brings him to a halt.

so you have a sprint option for Roach. Typically you want to double tap the same key which you use for a gallop to sprint.

You can buy or find saddle for your horse which adds more energy for sprinting. You can change trophies of beast in your inventory or put away your Griffin's head.

Heads (and not only) are trophies, just take a closer look at inventory menu...

Jumping on Roach is a bit awkward, you have to really pre-empt the jump

Double-Tapping the shift key is for sprinting. Just shift-key is for galloping, which is basically jogging for horses so not that fast.

The Griffin head adds bonuses though so think carefully about removing it.

I am finding the double tap for sprint to be buggy. I'll double tap it in a race and the horse still trots along.
