:Sigh, read the first post. or read the PDF documentation for exact dates. The first lot is some time in March, the rest is due some point in MayGrimTheReaper said:When will the new and improved version of Witcher come out?
True. Ive been upgrading my PC, and playing "KUF: Circle Of Doom" on the XBox360. (bit of a con that game IMHO, its just a 3d "Golden Axe", not really any roleplay eliments, or roaming world)Bateluer said:I guess some people think asking more frequently about the release will make it arrive faster. :There are plenty of other games to play for the 3 months until the Enhanced Edition is released.

I don't think so. Downloadable version wouldn't generate much extra costs for publisher/developer. That would be madness if they decided to follow your idea from economical point of view.Maviellas said:I'm not sure if this has been mentioned in the last 17 pages (not enough time to read through all of it), but would there be an option to exchange our original with the enhanced package? I realize that everything will be available for download, but I'm one of those people who prefer hard copies if you know what I mean.
That is a good question, which I am not sure if has been asked or not.cosmic said:Anyone knows if save games will work after this enhanced patch?I just finished Chapter II, I was wondering if I ll have to start a fresh game after patching?
Well, if the extra content includes big changes, we'll definetly havta start again. If the changes are a little bit smaller, maybe notBateluer said:That is a good question, which I am not sure if has been asked or not.Bateluer said:Anyone knows if save games will work after this enhanced patch?I just finished Chapter II, I was wondering if I ll have to start a fresh game after patching?
Its been asked many times. But the only people who can answer that would be a DEV.IMHO, CLAW is right, there are so many changes to the game ie, extra dialogue and stuff that affects the telling of the story, your better off starting again.Bateluer said:That is a good question, which I am not sure if has been asked or not.Bateluer said:Anyone knows if save games will work after this enhanced patch?I just finished Chapter II, I was wondering if I ll have to start a fresh game after patching?

Doubtful; too much work to check, and I wouldn't want to go passing my CD keys around in game shops, either.~ Roxyskelektron said:I've still asked it more than one time: will it be possible to have a special discount for purchasing the EE for those that have already purchased at least the Collector's Edition of the game? I know that all the content will be downloadable for free for us, but I'd like to have all the package in its material form.. Hope that someone will answer me..
Not being mean but that was explained like 20 times. Read the opening post in this thread and you may get lucky. If u still did't get it I would give up playing the game - I am afraid you will not be able to finish it.GusKarpou said:I have a question!I have already by this game. Can I download the new edition of the game for free or I need to buy it again? Please answer me!!!
As soon as linux implements all the microsoft directX libraries, LUA, visual C++ etc. I'm sure that would be possible.Bateluer said:Here's a new question: Will there be a native linux version of The Witcher Enhanced? The original Bioware NWN/Aurora engine still have a perfectly functional native linux client.
