Dammit, this gave me the tears. Masterfully made, and that sadness at the end... Just wow...
Stunning. Atmospheric, badass, and disturbing. I think this might be the creepiest Witcher trailer yet. Reminds you how scary some monsters can be. And Black Blood is such a fucked up potion. I think that potion was CDPR's idea, and that it's not in the books? Such a clever idea, and cool that it was used in this trailer, for all those hardcore TW1 fans to recognize.

Geralt told Regis, that no one would be able to afford the price Geralt would demand for killing him.
Although she did seem at least partially vulnrable to sunlight (her corpse burned in the morning), and Regis wasn't.

Why did the Bruxa/Higher Vampirer say no witcher would take an contract on to kill her?
Maybe because she was too powerful? No ordinary Bruxa would massacre Geralt so hard.
I don't think that sun burned her body. Her flesh just rotted at an accelerated pace after she passed away.
