I find some of the arguments a bit confusing. People state that lists are console friendly, yet TW 1 which is
PC exclusive had several lists. By that logic this game should be a even greater step towards being PC exclusive over the previous one rather than in reverse.

You can't compare it to Fallout 3 (which indeed was a mess). There is already different inventory categories implemented so seeing for example 7 different types of potions at once is more than sufficient.It is still an great improvement from TW 1 where the lists could be insanely long, remember if you can't stand it in TW 2 there is always mods. The new engine is supposed to be user friendly aswell.
