A question regarding crafting blueprints & SMG

I did somewhat broken but I think some of the bunkers the military made might got infected and you might get another behavioral component but different with different crafting blueprints you can't get the SMG because it might be different with the other weapons

You think the Militech bunkers in your game are bugged. The SMG blueprint that should be there is not appearing?
