I should start by asking, is it actually feasible for a new player to ever qualify for the Gwent Masters?
I found myself in the top 100 last night, and looked at the players above me.
Now, I thought I had played a lot of games in my down time recently, but I couldn't believe how many games they were playing.

That's ignoring that next to every player has a near completed deck list. Though, in fairness I see a few players have bought their way into the top 100. Which is fair enough if you want to spend your money like that.
But still this raises the question how realistic is it and how often does a relatively new player ever qualify? I'm talking prestige level 1 and 2 (maybe even 3 depending on your concept of new)
MY SUGGESTION:
Would it not be a good idea to have 5 wildcard entrants from the Pro player ranks who have the highest win percentage per faction (for games conducted at pro level)?
This would reward the best deck builders/faction players.
As the current system based only on ladder ranking seems to cater for people who either have no job/responsibilities or are full time streamers.
You could even include something like a base requirement (e.g. 25 games) to stop people winning their first faction game at Pro level then stopping to maintain their 100%.
Of course I understand it is called "The PRO ladder" for a reason, but wouldn't it be good to include such slots to keep the dream alive for the "amateurs" among us?
