Try it out, zoom in with a sniper or precision rifle (the one I tested) and stand still and aim down sight and wait. You'll notice weapon sway, especially at long range and worsening significantly over time, as if drunk.
If you duck during this, sway is reset (your aim is perfect and still) for a couple of seconds. Then uncrouch to do the same. Never miss a headshot again! I find it way too OP so don't use it on purpose plus I don't like sniping but guns blazing kek.
I play on PC with a controller btw so maybe it's a feature (I doubt it haha).
