A very confusing street light bug

Hello!,

I am new here and with less than 10 post so I can not post a new thread. Unfortunately I can not find one with my problem, please open my problem as a thread.

I have a very confusing street light bug. See this GIF attached.
It isn't only in this street.

This is so irritating, while walk or cruising across the city and the light (or mor the envoriment which is illuminated) go off and on-

I already reinstall the complete clean and complet reinstall my NVIDA Drivers with DDU Uninstal Tool

Did you try on a new save if the issue still occurs ?
(in case of you play on a "old" save, pre-1.6 at least).

So I suggest to directly contact the support because I'm not sure that I could be really helpful (No idea why it happen and how to fix it... seem pretty new to me)
