A way to cheat in recipe unlocks?

Before you get your torches and pitchforks out, My game is (ok ok like everyone else) horribly broken. I cannot get crafting recipes, they dont exist, i cant get certain items as a result and as such its making life more difficult than it really needs to be.

So id love if anyone knows a way that currently works to unlock items or at the very least crafting recipes please? Not being able to upgrade my iconic weapons even is a huge PITA.

Have you tried unlocking perks that increases your crafting quality?

I have all the crafting perks unlocked yes and my game files have come back fine.
