Abnormally low FPS after 1.05 or 1.06 (not sure)

Hello, sorry this has been posted so late, considering that 1.07 is coming out this week sometime. I thought that it was going to be fixed before but I suppose not and it might be a problem on my end.

I am running a GTX 780Ti +176MHz and i7 4790K@ 4.9GHz with 8GB of RAM. When I first got the game I was getting somewhere around 70-90FPS with everything on and set to High (except Hairworks, blur, and bloom) while also getting over 100FPS indoors or in caves.

Since one of the recent updates I cannot get anything over 50-60FPS anywhere, with all the settings set to their lowest value. The only thing that I still have set to High are the textures because I could not stand how blurry the game looked with those turned down.

What happened? Is there a way to fix or am I SOL? I have a 144Hz monitor and this is really lowering my enjoyment of the game in both looks and how nice and smooth it used to feel.

Has anyone else experience this at all?

I've had the same experience on a Radeon 270x. Ran amazing at first, stopped playing but updated a few times, came back and all of a sudden it's running at around 25-35 FPS at lower settings than it was on before. Hopefully 1.07 fixes this.

Ok I think that I may have solved my problem. Before update 1.05 or 1.06 I did not have to disable NVIDIA Streamer Service, but once I did I got a lot of performance back. Now running back at my old settings with 70+FPS all the time. I also updated the drivers to the newest beta version instead of the most recent official release.

I am not sure if this is simply more power from the service being disabled and I still have more frames missing from the update, or if this problem has been solved completely. Either way, I am back to where I was.

I will have to test some other games to see if they have a performance boost from the Shield Service being disabled as well.

EDIT: Did some testing with other games (CS:GO and GTAV). It seems that I have performance back from the Shield service that I never had before in both games. I think the update still took away some performance since some of my other games got a performance boost as well. Hopefully I get some more FPS with 1.07. Then this game will be running faster than it ever has before for me.
