About the stuttering in console version

Enjoying the hell out of this game on my Xbox One, but the one thing that keeps bothering me is the stuttering when panning the camera around. The weird thing is, my friends see this as well, but a few other people on some forums claim they really don't see it at all. For me it doesn't matter how slow i pan the camera around, i get the stutters. According to Digital Foundry for PS4 it's capped at 30fps, and i hope so much they are going to do this for Xbox One too. Here's the link:

Not sure what it's worth but playing the XBone version and not really noticing it at all. Nothing but glorious fun so far

I was hoping the details in the article were pointing towards a rare occurrence with the graphics. The game is completely garbage unplayable at this point on Xbox One. Every 4 frames is a dropped frame it seems. I wanted to play this game so bad when I got off work today. I couldn't get through the tutorial and I won't be going back until I read that the stutters are fixed. How does a game get released in this state? Why is it Conan didn't have the judders when he played? Oh wait, he was only pretending to play the Xbox version. For all I've heard about CDPR being all *for the gamers* and crap, this has made me leary of trying any of their other titles ever. Even Indies with a staff of 4 release games in better shape. I guess it should've been delayed another month/year/whatever so it could live up to the expectations. Shame, CDPR... shame.

Testing out PS4 version first since I had to go with the collectors edition for it.

Extreme stuttering with frames dropping to I'd gander 21-22 ish.

I am playing the PS4 version with the Day 1 patch, haven't noticed too much stuttering at all, the only time I noticed it dipping so far was when I was fighting a bear in a forest using ignii you could feel it start to struggle but as soon as the battle was over it returned to normal! No idea why some people are noticing a dip when others arn't technically everyone with a PS4 or XB1 has the same hardware, unless they have changed HD's or whatnot, the only variable being internet related or apps installed. Yes it doesn't feel like 60fps but 60fps isn't needed in a world such as this, COD or BF maybe online FPS games need a higher FPS or you die alot.

I have noticed a little stuttering, when riding but most frequently when chopping somebody body part off.

Bothers me little, but it's bearable, really, considering how Skyrim plays on my PS3...

Got the same stuttery camera while turning slowly on PS4 version 1.01,,,It said that's the latest version but others are saying theirs a 1.02 version patch so if anyone knows please comment.....thanks

There is a 1.02 patch? Where?!! What does it do? I noticed some of the cutscenes can sometimes appear a little stuttery too, not sure why when the gameworld runs pretty smooth on the whole.
