About Triss (TW2 Spoilers)

So, at the end of The Witcher 2, you travel with Triss, in order to find Yennefer.
But seems that you are accompained by Vesemir at the start of The Witcher 3.


Do you think that the lack of Triss during that journey will be explain?

How do you know you travel with Triss to find Yennefer? The last time I saw Triss and Geralt together at the end of Witcher 2 was when they walked out of Loc Muine.
That to me did not indicate that Triss was going to accompany Geralt on his journey to find Yenefer.

In various endings...
Geralt leaves with Iorveth, who we know is heading back to Vergen.
Geralt leaves with Roche, who is going to be in the service of whoever has Anais.
So no, leaving Loc Muinne with someone doesn't make them your companion. And there's a six month gap between TW2 and TW3. So I guess it'll be explained in the story.

Because Triss told him in the elvish bath (is this the correct name, right?). She said that she would travel with Geralt to find Yennefer together.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in both the endings, Triss is with you along with Roche/Iorveth. Because she has been saved by Letho.
