Access to storage in Chap V

So I've arrived back at the dike after the events of Chapter IV. Dandelion has my stuff, but will he really disappear for the rest of the chapter once I venture into Old Vizima?
I've got some loot that I need to complete quests (e.g. Won't Hurt a Bit) but my inventory is pretty full at the moment.

Yeah he disappears. You either have to keep only the essentials or download a mod from Nexus to give you access to storage. Also if using Steam then installing mods is a crapshoot. Some work and some don`t.
