No, the achievements are disabled for everyone.
And why console enabler should disable the achievements, what's the point of all this? Cheating? I've never cheated, i use console only to enable a free camera and i'll be punished for this? But everyone still can use cheat engine for cheating and achievements will work fine.
CDPR are starting to be worse then EA or ubi.
I was just going by what I saw in another thread. They did an experiment on a fresh game to see if the console now disables achievements by doing certain actions that grant achievements after triggering the console, and they didn't pop. They did the same on a fresh game that never used the console, and the achievements did pop.
I verified their claim by doing several of the same actions on a fresh game that should have rewarded an achievement after using the console for something basic, and nada. I then did another fresh game in which I had never activated the console and for the first time ever I actually got some achievements. This is in 1.08.2 on Steam. In 1.08.1 I wasn't using the console at all and got no achievements.
Also, it seems if one has ever used the console on a saved game, it saves a flag saying that you've used the console, so even if you never use it again and reload, achievements will still be locked out. I personally don't like it either, especially since it screws over people who were using the console just fine before this change, even for basic stuff like changing the camera. Though, of note, Munchkin is still broken. I used Cheat Engine to boost my exp rate so I could get to level 35 and test it and got nada. I was able to get a different achievement shortly after so Munchkin is independently broken.
