Well I have another question relating to that quest. When I get in I find that my sword sucks (first one I got) and up against the cave guys (forget the names now) it really doesn't do anything. Advice? I can't make oils yet so I can't make the oil suggested by the witch to go against them.
You can buy crinfrid oil from the blacksmith in front of teh inn. You can buy whetstones from some vendors. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you, as I've never had a problem fighting them. I will say that the cave ghouls are the toughest opponents in Act I, aside from Ozzrel and the Beast, who I have yet to meet.pdonket said:

I never did find one in a crate or barrel, though. All of them were inside something, and not just on the ground so as to show up with ALT.No matter; Cat works better anyway, and leaves my dagger slot open for a cool tool with which to do that VERY cool finishing move!Seeker said:@ Anamacha Im sure in act 1 there are at lest 2 torches

One torch can be found in a village house closest to the "village proper" (where the Reverend is).

Here is a easy way to make pots when Meditating and you go into alchemy you will see a list of what formulas you have if you click on the name of the formula it will auto drop to the mixing and all you need to do is hit mix Also this is somting you frist time player should now try to store stuff with the Inn Keeper in Act one for now and try to mix as many pots as you can you that all Im going to say dont want to spoil it anymore then that for you
