[ACT I] Where do I find a torch?

I can´t use cat potion cause when I make it, it go to the inventory as unknow potion... ¿it´s a bug or I had to find something?

It shouldn't matter whether it's unknown or not, if you drink the potion it should still have the same effect. Have you tried drinking the potion anyway?

As Happyhannah pointed out, it doesn't matter if it is an unknown potion. Also, once you drink it then it will be known, so it will have the proper name after that.

But I try to drink and I can´t ! For that reason i supposed that if any potion is unknow you can´t drink...Now is solved, the cat potions suddenly were cat potions and I went on winth the game. Thanks.

Seems like you're referring to ingredients rather than potions?

No, I was talking about potions! this time is the second I play the game, and I know how it goes. For that reason those things were so strange for me...

I've only used Cat potions -- did you ever find out where to get a torch? I haven't found one yet.

I myself don't bother much with the Torches use cat most of the time but you can find them in barrels chest ppl homes you will need to look around

@Lee: LOL! I've been playing RPGs long enough to know THAT! There are games in which this sort of thing is penalized, but I don't know what they are. Certainly not Witcher!

Found that out in ES4:Oblivion the hard way, but when you get a new game always give it a try and asume you can get away with it until you find out otherwise. Then quickload.
