Oh, I use Nigredo ... in White Gull.Seriously .. no toxicity for the Nigredo effect whenever I want it.
Aaaah, what a clever little sausage you are... Gotta admit, that is real goodTlazolteotl said:Oh, I use Nigredo ... in White Gull.Seriously .. no toxicity for the Nigredo effect whenever I want it.
You take a White Gull Nigredo? I thought White Gull made Geralt tipsy, but that's based on hearsay; I've never had him just drink White Gull. It doesn't affect him?Couldn't you get the same effect by starting with a Nigredo White Honey, then adding the other potions after that?Tlazolteotl said:Oh, I use Nigredo ... in White Gull.Seriously .. no toxicity for the Nigredo effect whenever I want it.
Well, Geralt does get the special effect when under the influence... so I guess it could be worth it. I'm almost at the Beast again, and I'm gonna try everything newI learned these couple of weeks... man, it's gonna be fun.Corylea said:You take a White Gull Nigredo? I wondre what kind of effect could white gull have on that old peasant woman's boy ( in the outskitrs) who is sick and asks a few to Geralt...... ???Tlazolteotl said:You could use white honey/nigredo ... but it's bad for me since I always have tawny effect on.I don't use white honey at all. I'll just meditate for an hour or two after taking a tawny owl if I want to reduce toxicity.Or if I want to stack potions, tawny owl/albedo, then a whole lot of long duration potions, meditate 1 hour, then a shorter potion/albedo, etc.White gull is just like any other alcohol ... it'll make Geralt drunk. But one drink doesn't impair his fighting at all (that I notice anyway .. being primarily a sign caster).
You mean like marjuana?Fun ;DI'm imagining all the witchers sitting around a fireplace, in "bob marley" mood..... and vesemir with rasta hair!PetraSilie said:White Gull is actcually a hallucinogenic Witcher elixir, some kind of drug. The Witchers also have Black Gull which is a hallucinogenic Witcher potion as well. They drink it on cold (boring) Winter nights at Kaer Morhen to ease themselves and just... well, what you get when you take drugs;D
Got itThe old peasant woman wants the White Gull just because of these effects to relieve the boy's (her son? don't remember) suffering.
