Oh, I use Nigredo ... in White Gull.Seriously .. no toxicity for the Nigredo effect whenever I want it.
The only potions I use are Swallow, Cat and Tawny Owl.I don’t even know how to make a bomb so I never buy any scrolls for them.I wish we had some of the better weapons armor and powers before the end of the last chapter as there is not enough time to enjoy using them before the game is at an end.
Oils are my soft spot; every time I know what an enemy is I always get my sword coated before taking them down, even if it's just one lousy wraith.Cat/Swallow/Thunderbolt is the typical mix I use, and I always carry White Honey & Wives' Tears in case something happens; other than those I don't use many potions. Black Blood is the only exception but even then that one gets used fairly rare.
You take a White Gull Nigredo? I thought White Gull made Geralt tipsy, but that's based on hearsay; I've never had him just drink White Gull. It doesn't affect him?Couldn't you get the same effect by starting with a Nigredo White Honey, then adding the other potions after that?Tlazolteotl said:

At the beginning of 'Blood of Elves' when Triss visits the witchers at Kaer Morhen to find out what's special about Ciri, they drink Black Gull... Triss as well to reach a certain level of consciousness to communicate with Ciri or find out about her abilities.
