No. Taken in isolation, it could be construed as a joke, a taunt, or the expression of a whim or wish.It would be something he really doesn't intend to have happen, or at least not by his doing.

oh come on... ;D whether Geralt has knowledge of her heart condition or not, he is a wise man, this old woman is bent by osteoporosis.. if he yells at her "DIE!" it's not unlikely that she is that much shocked.... scrared that she gets a heart attack. If Geralt yells at Ramsmeat "DIE BASTARD!" Ramsmeat would probalbly burst out in laughters but doesn't get a heart attack.

Let's try this again. Geralt is guilty, yes. He contributes to Granny's death. The law firm of Darmoth & Grutte Pier declare his inocence of her death. They cite the facts of her ill health and impending death. The worst they can hope for is a verdict of Manslaughter, as Geralt's negligent actions contributed to her death. However, as I previously posted:
By this you admit that Geralt has knowledge of Granny's heart condition. This speaks to the issue of "intent". He knowingly, menacingly threatens her, with the full intent of seeing her die.
This means that the prosecutors will not present the case for manslaughter, but rather Murder which is much more serious.Foreknowledge and premeditation make all the difference!

However, this could not be proven beyond reasonable doubt. Unless perhaps the 'justice' systems of Vizima are thorough enough to employ mages.Shani was sound asleep upstairs in post plowing bliss... There were no others to see or hear. Geralt leaves quietly in the middle of the night. Shani would wake up come downstairs and find Granny dead of a heart attack. There would be no evidence to support the Geralt could possibly be responsible in anyway for her heart attack.Even if the town guard patrols saw him leaving the house, that wouldn't be grounds for arrest, let alone criminal charges./meh... I watched too much CourtTV...

You forgot one critical point about witnesses.Everyone who has played the game and played that option, has seen Geralt commit the crime. ]:-> ;D

Under these circumstances Shani becomes a suspect too that she contributes to her death She mentioned at least one time towards Geralt that she is sick of Granny 's obession to control everything and restrictions. Maybe she mentioned sth like that in the hospital as well and you could assume she scarred Granny to death.Yes... from time to time I like court movies and novels as well ;D

it`s very fine one can do this "quest" in so many ways ^^to sum up the "granny game":1)interesting way - drink with thaler, get a book, give to shoeshine, get a ring, show to grandma, become a priest :evil:2)bribery 1: give her golden gloves, when she talks about birthday3)bribery 2: give her strong booze (wine, vodka),when she talks about being cold4)bribery 3: give her money for her cats5)bribery 4: give her money for shanis` rental6)cheap way - when she asks whether geralt is a sick person from hispital - confirmspecial 1:granny heartstroke - after the party - choose "aggresive" convo special 2:sympathetic granny - after the party - choose "im so poor and innocent" convois there anything more to add to the list? =)

Now as before I prefer the St. Lebioda signet ring. Geralt's inventory is always stuffed with tons of things. There is no space left for stuff to please Granny ;D

Besides, having her address Geralt as "Father" is just hilarious :)

to add to 3) I've always just responded "no, I don't" and apparently she thinks I feel for her because that finishes the conversation and she lets me get on with whatever I want to do. I don't remember if it's a definitive solution though. If I recall correctly, she just keeps whinging on about the cold after that, but with the same result.
